The link between Harvest and kopilot depends on the quality of the user: only an administrator of your Harvest account may authorize kopilot to sync your Harvest data.

What if the admin is no longer admin?

As soon as your Harvest administrator loses his admin privileges, the integration between Harvest and kopilot stops. This means that no data will enter kopilot anymore.

You will see immediately that there is an issue with the connector.

An alert appears each time there is an issue with the Harvest connector.

To restore the connection, two options:

  1. You request the admin privileges on your Harvest account.
  2. Request your new admin to restore the connection.

Once admin, click on the Fix Now button to access the Connector Control Center.

It displays clearly that the connection is broken and invite you to re-link both applications.

A button to sync Harvest data on kopilot

The only thing you have to do consists of hitting the Connect to Harvest button.

It triggers the sync and retrieves all the business events since the disconnection.
