kopilot comes with one unique subscription, with three available duration: monthly, yearly, tri-yearly.
The subscription's price tag varies only according to your commitment: the longer you commit, the greater the discount.
Two elements explain our pricing model:
- all plans provide the same value to its users;
- the fewer transactions we have to handle, the less cost we expose.
- Monthly: $99, billed every month
- Yearly: $990, billed yearly (pay 10 months, you get 12)
- Tri-yearly: $2,499 billed every three years
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. Everything is securely handled by Stripe.
What is your refund policy?
Yearly and tri-yearly subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied within 30 days, we'll happily refund your money - we'll just ask for your honest feedback.

What about if I purchase an annual plan?
Annual Plan can be purchased at a discounted price: you'll get two months offered on your invoice. Yes, you'll get 12 months for the price of 10.
What if I need more than 14 days?
We'll give you time. Just let us know and we'll happily extend your trial.
Do I have to worry about you selling my email or data?
Can I cancel at any time?
For monthly subscribers, there is no minimum contract for kopilot. Cancel at any time without penalty or hassle.
If you prepaid for a year or more, the contract goes to the end.
Do I pay extra for more people?
No. Unlike most of the information software, we don't charge you based on how many users you add. 1, 5, or 50, the price is the same.
Will I be charged when the trial is up?
No. We don't ask for your credit card upfront, so you'll only be charged when you decide. If you want to continue after your trial, we'll ask for payment details. If not, cancel with a click, no question asked.
